Recently renovated, the home features a custom kitchen island, farmhouse sink, a fully stocked kitchen, and other thoughtful touches with your comfort in mind. A large armoire separates the queen bed from the living area with a pullout couch allowing for plenty of privacy in this well thought-out studio home. What does your perfect vacation day look like? Here is an idea of how we like to use this space: Start your day sipping on a cup of coffee sitting next to the bayou enjoying the peacefully calm water. After breakfast take the 2-person kayak out and explore the bayou – don’t be surprised to see a dolphin, rays, mullet, or blue crabs! Then head into town to grab some souvenirs from the farmers market (Saturdays) and enjoy lunch at any one of the great local restaurants. From there head to the beach to relax or hang out at the beach bars – your choice! On the way back swing by Joe Patti’s seafood market to pick up some steamed shrimp and other dinner items to take back to the house. Enjoy dinner on the patio as the sun sets, and then finally, a night cap and conversation under the patio bistro lights. House rules

This property is on the water. There is no fence. Children must be supervised at all times. No exceptions. Please no food or drinks in the beds. No pets in the house or on property. Lifejackets are required when utilizing watercrafts (state law). Children 5 and under, or anyone who cannot swim, must wear a lifejacket in or around the water. Quiet hours begin at 10pm on weekdays and 11pm on weekends. We love our neighbors and they won't hesitate to call us! Guest assumes all responsibility for any accidents, injuries, illnesses, loss of personal belongings, or valuables of the Rental Party or their visitors while using the Property. The Owner is not liable for any damages, including those arising from rental or use of the Property. Use of the Property is at the Guest's own risk. The Guest agrees to indemnify and hold the Owner harmless from any liabilities, costs, or damages resulting from property loss, injury, or death during their stay.

The neighborhood includes half million dollar homes along the water, and ranch houses, small single family homes, and even a few mobile homes to the north. If you're looking for great running/walking areas, check out the Navy Point trail just a few minutes east in the neighborhood. Six minutes from Pensacola Naval Air Station, twelve minutes from downtown Pensacola, and just a few more to Pensacola or Perdido beaches, the home is perfectly located for work and play. Uber is never more than a few minutes away!
